A new concept is born PASSIVE HOUSE… Houses which require almost no energy.

                There has been an important obstacle since the application of passive houses; to construct  them with ecological materials was nearly impossible i.e you either build ecological house or passive… To prevent heat loss in passive houses the solutions were like putting the house in a bag.

                The houses built had many problems with health. They were visually disturbing also. Nevertheless the conversion to passive houses lay down as a condition by EU to its MEMBER COUNTRIES between 2009 and 2019

                United States warned EU about the present passive ecological house systems are contradictory to ecological structuring and will cause important health problems.

                U.S. and EU are working on a house system on which Ecological and Passive systems can be used together.
