OUR MISSION
EPA Construction system is born to prevent our world from pollution and help the world and our developing country to change traditional ways of construction. Being in an earthquake zone our country needs; highly earthquake resistant , non CO2 oscilating, inflammable LEED and green (recycable) buildings.

OUR VISION
EPA Construction applies SELL – BUILD instead of BUILD – SELL system especially on Ecological Passive Smart villas.
EPA houses are built with recycable materials and chooses the contruction materials accordingly. Uses panel walls made out of compressed straw (natural material). Pays attention to inner and outer environment quality. Builds only Ecologically Passive Smart System buildings. To ensure customer satisfaction EPA constructs an example villa to show and specify the customer needs and building features with different (smart) options. Residences are delivered in shortest time possible (between 20 to 30 days time for each house). The fast assembly provides mortgage credit from banks we negotiate.
